If you aren’t completely satisfied with our work, Swept will come back and cleaning anything that was missed. In addition, If you’re still not happy we’ll give you a full refund, no questions asked.

We are transparent with our work and we stick by our guarantee and want to make you happy. The only thing we request is, you notify us right away if something was missed.

All re-cleanings must happen within 5 days of the original service. We welcome the opportunity to correct our mistakes if we miss anything. Per our policy, refunds are not available without first performing a re-cleaning.

In addition, we won’t be able to offer a refund or a re-cleaning if you try and hire our teams independently of Swept, are offensive or abusive to our teams, or you didn’t have running water or power during the time of the initial cleaning.
