Of course, the more we visit the bigger the discount! The discounts offered are as follows: Weekly - 20% Bi-Weekly - 15% Monthly - 10%
No, we will always send the same team unless specifically instructed otherwise. We know it’s important to build rapport with your cleaning team. So we do our best to keep you with the same team as long as you’re working with Swept. In cases where your regular team is out sick or unavailable, we will call or email and inform you a new team will be arriving. That way you’re never caught off-guard.
Most cleanings will have 2 cleaners,.
Move-in/move-out cleanings include a few extras to make sure a home is ready for the next resident. The extras included in the move-in/move-out cleaning include: Baseboards Inside windows Window sills Ceiling fans Everything for the move-in/move-out cleaning is done to ensure the home looks good as new for the next resident. Yes, Swept is fully insured.
Yes, Swept is fully bonded.
There are never contracts or obligations when working with Swept. You can cancel any appointment at any time. The only thing we ask is if you have to reschedule for any reason, let us know at least 24 hours in advance. There is a $70 cancellation fee 24 hours before the time of the appointment.
Tips are not required but always appreciated. Feel free to give your cleaning professional a tip. It will make their day! If you feel so inclined, you can tip in cash or let us know you how much you would like to tip and we’ll process it via your credit card for you.
We will only charge your account when we’ve completed a cleaning. You will never be charged without having a service performed.
No, as long as we have a way to get into the home you don’t have to be present for the cleaning. Whether it be a gate code or key under the mat, we’ll be able to get in, clean and get out while you’re at work or out shopping! We’ll even lock up when we’re done.
We will send you an email once the clean is complete asking you for feedback. Please do take time to complete this as we like to give our cleaners a bonus for receiving a five star review. We promise to act on any feedback you send us as we are a young company trying to improve so please do share any suggestions that you have on how we can improve.
Yes, we are a close knit team here at Swept and we have got a close relationship with all our cleaners. We pride ourselves on allowing our cleaners to work flexibly which is important where they have children to collect from school or other caring responsibilities. We also pay our cleaners more than other cleaning companies do, this is so we attract only the most experienced and reliable cleaners in your area.

We hire only the most motivated, reliable and experienced cleaners in your area. To be accepted as a cleaner for Swept all our candidates must undertake a rigorous selection and recruitment process. This includes a telephone interview followed by a face to face interview. If they pass these we then perform a reference check on all of the teams finally we ask all candidates to perform a test clean so that we can inspect the quality of their cleaning. If the teams pass the quality inspection then we welcome them to the family.
It is simple to edit your booking, just email or call us. So if you change your mind and decide to add on an oven clean or choose to book a deep instead of a standard clean we can accommodate that request. If you wish to edit your booking less than 24 hours before your clean then please call the Customer Service Team on 512-298-5402.
Once you have completed your online booking you will immediately receive a confirmation email. This is there to reassure you that your booking has gone through. We will then contact our best cleaning teams to see who is available to complete your house clean. Once we have assigned a cleaner to the clean we will send you another email with their name so you know who to expect. We also send text message reminders to you before the clean, to make sure you don’t forget!
Yes, our cleaning teams come completely prepared to make your house shine!
Our cleaners will always try to arrive on time for your clean however please do note when booking we ask for a 2 hour arrival window to take into account heavy traffic and unforeseen events. We recommend if you need to leave your house for example by 11am that you book your clean for 10:00am-12:00pm arrival to make sure the cleaners are there in plenty of time before you need to leave. We will give you a call if your cleaner is going to be late but please call the Customer Service Team on 512-298-5402.
If you aren’t satisfied enough to recommend our cleaning service to a friend. We’ll come back and do the cleaning over. If you’re still not happy with how clean your home is, we will give you a full refund, no questions asked. We are putting our money where our mouth is. That’s how confident we are you’ll love our home cleaning service!
No you don’t need to be home whilst we clean your house. If you would like to leave the key with a neighbor or somewhere secure then we can collect it. Just add instructions when you make your booking. On your first clean with Swept we do like you to be home so you can show us around your property and point out any areas that you would like us to focus on but we understand that isn’t always possible.

All of our cleaners work to a checklist that we guarantee to complete. They work through your home, ticking off the tasks as they complete them. That way you can be confident that all of the tasks have been completed to the highest Swept standard.
